Warhammer 40k table top to desk top.

Guess what? I am a bit of a geek. No really I am seriously. One of biggest companies in all of geekdom is games workshop. With their tabletop games universes. Warhammer fantasy and 40,000. Well 40,000 is getting two new games. Based on the 40,000 universe.

First is battleship gothic: armada. A real time strategy game by Tindalos Interactive and published by focus interactive. The same publishers that brought you the awesome blood bowl back on the xbox 360 and the sequel set to be released soon.  Today Tindalos unveiled the chaos fleet with the aweome planet killer a more bad ass death star.

Featuring ships from a kilometer in length to 7.5km and with a fleet comprising of raiders such as the Idolator as the fleet's smallest all the way up to the The Planet Killer, the capital ship of the Abbaddon, as the largest, see the Chaos strike at the Imperium for the first time.

Taking place during the 12th Black Crusade - or Gothic War - Battlefleet Gothic: Armada puts players in the middle of war between the Imperium and Abaddon. Consisting of hundreds of planetary invasions and naval battles, players will be at the center of every fight, commanding fleets of gigantic ships as the Chaos unleash a sequential chain of surprise attacks on Imperium naval bases - the start of 20 years of warring in the sector.

Deathwing terminators are back!

The second game is deathwing. It's not a remake or remaster of the playstation one game. But a brand new game for the latest generation of consoles. You play as the deathwing terminators of the dark angel chapter. Killiong genestealers.  A first person squad based shooter more like rainbow six with bigger guns and more leathal enemies.

With a narrative written by renowned Black Library author Gav Thorpe, the game takes players on a grand and immersive journey through the infested hallways of a labyrinth of space ships.

As a Librarian, players will be able to make use of powerful psychic abilities, and give orders to their squad to avoid being flanked, secure doorways...

As with Battleship Gothic: Armada, Deathwing wiull be using the excellent Unreal four engine which boast beautiful graphics and excellent lighting.

Streum On Studio have crafted a dynamic AI system that scales attacks depending on the ability of the player squad, ensuring players will always be challenged. If you're doing well, the Genestealers will intensify their assault, but as you begin to weaken, they'll not unnecessarily risk their numbers. You'll have to work as a team in multiplayer - or give the right orders to your AI squad in single player - to survive the harsh realities of war in a Space Hulk.
